Pros": Great value for the money, spacious room with ample storage and a well-equipped kitchen. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the beach and 5th avenue. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

loved our stay at this spacious and well-equipped place in playa del carmen. the friendly staff, good ac, and great wifi made our stay comfortable. the location was perfect, with cheap amenities nearby and the beach just a short walk away. highly recommend for couples with a car.

This hotel is located in a developing neighborhood, away from the crowded tourist areas. It is within walking distance to the beach and the bustling 5th Avenue, where you can find a variety of shops and restaurants. the rooms are spacious and well-equipped with a big kitchen and nice shelves for your clothes. the staff is friendly and helpful, making sure your needs are met. the hotel also offers a clean and refreshing pool to enjoy.
The neighborhood where the hotel is located can be a bit sketchy, especially for parking your car outside.

During my New Year stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the two fantastic amenities offered at this hotel. First, the community kitchen by the pool was incredibly convenient. It had all the necessary equipment and utensils for me to prepare my own meals, saving me money on eating out. Second, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and were always ready to assist.
There were a couple of aspects of my stay that could have been better. There were periods where it would drop out or be quite slow, which made it difficult for me to stay connected and plan my daily activities.
